No dinners from now onwards:)

I am forming a new habit. Hope it works:)
........LOL....

That's: have a good breakfast,  a good lunch & no dinner. That's 2 full meals only . At night I'll eat small bits like nuts, biscuits even a piece of cake or some noodles, but not a full meal. I even have milo & holicks on stand by incase I get hungry.

I'm tired of being so full at night & go to sleep right after. Seriously if this works , you'll hear from me !
